Biggest city most northerly in Australia, Darwin went back to life after 2 total destructions during the last century.

Exotic city, the climate is not mild and the high density of crocodiles make the life hard.

Located on the Kimberley, the sites of Tunnel Creek and Windjiana Gorge are difficult to reach due to an unsalted road.

We will remember the hundreds of crocs at Wingjiana and the spelunking hike at Tunnel Creek.

First meeting with the Indian Ocean, Broome was unbelievable for its white sand beach, Gantheaume Point, for the natural phenomenon 'Staircase to the moon' and also for its isolated beaches around Willie Creek

Lake Argyle

Just before the city of Kununurra there is the biggest artificial lake of Australia where we spent one night.

The only negative point was one more time the big population of crocodiles.

While the city of Exmouth is a hording of tourists, the Cape Range National Park is amazing and worth the visit. It offers a huge underwater diversity with heavenly beaches and in the same time a big wildlife diversity as pink cockatoos, thousand of kangaroos, emus, goanas,...

Probably one of the most beautiful national parks, Karijini was dazzling by its colors.

Many walks along the gorges embellished byf the water noise are present and it's also possible to bath in many spots.

The 9 kilometers climbing of Mount Bruce was the icing on the cake. Indeed, this one gave to us panoramic view of all the region as well as the mine sites.

Really awaited, Coral Bay disappointed us. In fact, the city was too touristic for us.

However, when we follow paths behind the city, it's possible to reach a deserted white sand beach. We walked along the sea without meeting anyone.

We spent one day, alone, enjoying some dives.

Amazing place, Gnaraloo was heavenly and we saw all the possible blue tones.

The snorkeling was magical in particular with the meeting with Mrs Manta Ray.

National park reserved to the 4Wheel Drive, Francois Peron offers exceptional tones and strange wildlife.

Its beaches were a mixture of really white sand and red sand. The water color was also magical.

It's a concentrated of beauty with the stromatolites at Hamelin Pool, its Shell beach, the cliffs, the dolphins in monkey Mia, the Francois Peron National Park and many else.

Ideal city to live in, Kalbarri brims with beauty and had been the high point of our trip.

Not even wanting to go at the beginning, we had in our misfortune a lot of chance and had the opportunity to discover the culture, the national park, the crabs, crayfishes and mulloway fishing, the quad rides, wonderful parrots and many many else.

Pink Lake (Hutt Lagoon)

Located in Port Gregory, the lake was incredibly pink. This phenomena results from the carotene produced by the algae. This pink lake is also famous for the Brine Shrimp culture which are visible when you put the water on a bucket and also for the salt culture.

This run was without doubt the most amazing one, the wildest and the most trying. Indeed, we slept on indescribable places as the spots close to Tunnel Creek and Willie Creek.

We also crossed a multitude of multi-color birds and animals of all kinds (goanas, emus, kangaroos, eagles, echidnae,...).

This trip was challenging because of the road taken. Indeed,   many parts of the road were unsalted  and sometimes really sandy with holes and coagulation. Thus, we had to stay focus to avoid a flat tire or to damage the car.
